B Series Column Lift

The B series optimizes the design of the A series drive housing by reducing the diameter of the sprocket wheel section. Users can choose a smaller reducer for transmission. The column sections (chain links) adopt the enhanced design of the A series, further reducing the effective height of the drive housing as well as the heights of double-layer and triple-layer storage tube. The performance of the B series surpasses that of A series Column Lift.

Flexible Transmission Column Lift was awarded a national invention patent in 2013 and is a rigid chain suitable for vertical lifting and horizontal pushing-pulling applications.

Working Principle: Column lift converts a horizontally moving chain link into one with uni-directional stiffness through drive housing, achieving smooth and controllable vertical lifting. A single Column Lift can sustain a maximum dynamic load of not less than 60 tons and achieve a maximum stroke of up to 16 meters.
