On November 25th, China Entertainment Technology Association Hebei Office held a specialized and in-depth forum on performing arts equipment technology exchange at the Asia-Pacific Hotel in Shijiazhuang.

This event featured technical demonstrations from various aspects such as the operational concepts of performing arts equipment vendors, venue design projects, production of performing arts installations, cultural tourism night performances, and application case studies. It facilitated industry exchanges and cooperation, enhanced mutual understanding and trust among manufacturers, vendors, and experts, and injected momentum into the development of the performing arts equipment industry in Hebei.

The director of the Shanxi Provincial Office of the association, Liu Zhan, and the director of the Tianjin Municipal Office, Zhou Xiaoyu, were invited to attend the event. A total of 260 people attended the conference, including members of the Hebei Provincial Office, numerous member units, experts, teachers, and representatives from manufacturers.

The event was hosted by Zhang Yanlong, Secretary-General of the Hebei Provincial Office.

The Hebei Provincial Office, aiming to provide higher-quality interactive experiences for industry peers, innovated the forum format by adopting a "small group forum discussion, large conference forum sharing" approach. Through group interactions and Q&A sessions, attendees, including experts, engineering companies, and manufacturers, were better engaged, facilitating in-depth communication and precise connections.

At 13:50 on the day, the event officially began. Zhang Yongliang, Director of the Hebei Provincial Office, stated that this forum is the first large-scale event organized by the Hebei Provincial Office in nearly two years. With the aim of promoting the development of the performing arts equipment industry in Hebei, the office meticulously invited guests, experts, and member units, innovated in its approach, and made every effort to ensure the success of the event. In the future, the office will continue to better serve the industry and its members, innovate constantly, regularly hold distinctive events, enhance industry technical capabilities, invigorate the market, establish platforms, and promote cooperation.

Shortly after, Zhang Yongliang gave a keynote presentation titled "Staying in the Industry, Focusing on Cultivation - Management Experience of Performing Arts Equipment Enterprises."

The thematic dialogue on venue design was chaired by Gu Shiyi, an expert from the Hebei Provincial Office. Zhang Fenglin, Wen Qinglin, Song Zhiguo, and Qi Yumin respectively shared their views on venue design from different perspectives such as lighting design, stage mechanical design and construction, lighting equipment design, and sound design and construction, providing attendees with more professional insights into the field of venue design. r of Guangzhou Dream Lighting Equipment Co., Ltd., presented on the topic of "Application of Computerized Lighting Design in Theater Venues."

Director and renowned music producer Mr. Liu Limin gave a presentation titled "Exchange and Sharing of Performing Arts Project Production."

Secretary-General Huang Zengguang provided a detailed introduction to the online launch and usage methods of the Performing Arts Equipment Data Center. The Performing Arts Equipment Data Center is a large-scale digital integrated service platform that integrates solutions for the application of performing arts equipment industry products and showcases popular brands. It consists of six major modules: Product Center, Service Provider Center, Brand Showcase, Information Center, Enterprise Mall, and Online Exhibition. With powerful information retrieval functions, it can provide timely, professional, and comprehensive services to manufacturers, integrators, service providers, and end-users. It opens up online trade channels between upstream and downstream businesses, helps enterprises expand their market, and promotes market prosperity. We hope that more industry professionals will understand the role of the Performing Arts Equipment Data Center and sincerely invite industry enterprises to actively join the platform to explore business opportunities.

Deputy Director and expert Tian Fulin, along with expert Guo Xinming, presented the group's findings and achievements during the exchange.

The section on performing arts equipment production forum was hosted by Deputy Director and expert Meng Jie from the Hebei Provincial Office. Zhang Yanlong, Secretary-General of the Hebei Provincial Office and a nationally certified level-one stage lighting designer, along with Deputy Director and expert Sun Luxing, a renowned sound designer, and Du Yanfeng, a nationally certified level-one director from the Hebei Song and Dance Drama Theater, as well as representatives from member units, including Liu Yang from a structural construction company, discussed "Performing Arts Equipment Production." They expressed their viewpoints from different perspectives and elaborated on their understanding of the association's evaluation and training in performing arts production levels.

Fu Xueping, General Manager of Guangzhou Seclud Lighting Co., Ltd., shared "The Application of the Latest Color Management Technology in LED Lighting Fixtures." 

Li Zhi Xiong, Chief Engineer of Liyade (Guangzhou) Audio-Visual Technology Co., Ltd. and an expert of the association, presented "The Application of Science and Technology Winter Olympics Technology in Performing Arts Projects."

Deng Feng, Sales Manager of Hunan Xiaowen Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., presented "Sharing the Design of Special Effects for the Main Torch and Main Venue of the Hangzhou Asian Games."

Hu Bo, Technical Director of Beijing Anheng Weiye System Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., exchanged insights on "Innovation and Breakthroughs in Cultural Tourism Projection."

Quan Huarong, Technical Director of Guangzhou Hongcai Stage Equipment Co., Ltd., presented "Sharing the Application of Advanced Technologies in LED Computer Lighting."

Chairman Zhu Xincun delivered the concluding remarks. He first fully appreciated the innovative approach taken by the Hebei Provincial Office in organizing this forum. He praised the transition of the forum format from unilateral communication to bilateral interaction, expanding the exchange content from single technical discussions to multidimensional topics including technology, management, safety, and operations. He noted that the participants included not only entrepreneurs but also experts, and the format included not only onstage discussions but also offstage group interactions, making the event unique, lively, and effectively narrowing the distance between manufacturers, experts, and member units. He congratulated the successful organization of the event.

Chairman Zhu Xincun also provided a detailed interpretation of the association's continuous promotion of the industry service concept of "integrating manufacturers, engineering companies, and industry experts." He emphasized that with the official launch of the Performing Arts Equipment Data Center website, the association's "three networks and one publication" information service platform is playing an increasingly important role. Through the integration of online information services and offline office activities, the association aims to benefit more member companies and industry practitioners.

After the forum, a trade and friendship gathering was held.
